2019 AGM

March 9, 2019

The March 2019 AGM was held at Ebenezer Chapel. David Cooke was the guest speaker. His presentation of Black Friday and the Avro Arrow was extremely informative and was enjoyed by all in attendance. The inperson AGM scheduled for March 2020 was cancelled because of the Covid quarantine. It was held virtually later in the year as were the AGMs for March 2021 and 2022.

The Ebenezer, Toronto Gore Historical Foundation regularly  participates in the annual Highlights on Heritage Day at Bramalea City Centre.   The display this year focused on the tragic events of July 5th, 1970 when Air Canada flight 621 crashed in a field in the township of Toronto Gore. Visitors to the display both learned about the crash and shared their memories of that time.
